We are building a community for people who value the freedom of a private home alongside the rare strength of a shared purpose: caring for a remarkable Highland landscape together.
It is designed for families, friends and individuals looking to anchor a life across seasons - without turning land, nature or community into a speculative asset.

Forest, water, trails, cabins and useful infrastructure are held together - making more possible for every member.

The majority of the estate remains protected wilderness, cared for across generations rather than traded for short-term gain.
